Love using this product for making salads, also good for my special needs grandson to use, but you must be aware that it has sharp blades, so kids need to be supervised.

For softer fruits like strawberries and banana, the slicing function wasn’t great as seemed to squeeze the topside of the fruit before it passes through the blades and thus a number of the slices were a little misshapen out the other side.
